PatForge3D is Pat's small 3D printing business — a few years of tinkering, learning, and printing turned into a shop dedicated to making useful items for everyday life, fidgets, and more.

PatForge3D started with a single printer and a passion for making things. After a few years of printing, Pat turned that hobby into a small business built around one idea: print things people actually want to use.
From fidgets that keep restless hands busy to organizers that actually fit your desk, everything is designed and printed by Pat — no middlemen, no mystery factories, just one person and a printer.

How it works
From file to your door.
Design
Every product starts in CAD. Tolerances, ergonomics, and aesthetics are iterated until they're right.
Slice & prep
Files are sliced with tuned profiles — layer height, infill, and supports dialed for each part.
Parts run on FDM printers in premium PLA. Every job is monitored start to finish.
Inspect & ship
Each piece is checked by hand before it's packed. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.
